GlobalDAT™ SMSTrader™ is a new addition to a GlobalDAT™ lineup of products. Using any SMS enabled phone (which means basically any phone sold within last 7 years), GlobalDAT™ user can now query for quotes, their account positions, profit-and-loss, enter and cancel orders, view order executions, 24 hours a day in real-time from any location. Security is based by verifying user phone number and IMEI combination to back-end database of SMSTrader™ enabled users.

Technical solutions

The technical center of this new architecture is Oracle database on Sun Solaris, running many processes as local procedures for fastest execution possible, utilising TC35 Terminal GSM data modules developed by Siemens, AG, available for 900/1800 MHz GSM European / Asian networks.

The GlobalDAT™ SMSTrader™ is a highly scalable program adaptable to a myriad of exchanges. Based on the system achitecture, GlobalDAT™ SMSTrader™ is able to adapt to every market's protocol, while maintaining system integrity. By working with Connected Brokerages worldwide, GlobalDAT™ SMSTrader ™ is currently working on over seven API interfaces to various markets and exchanges.
